Stress is an issue we all face in life. It can be caused by many numerous things such as school, or relationships, or simply running out of candy. Stress can be simply defined as physical or mental strain. It takes a toll on our body and eventually it can lead to wrinkles. Wrinkles lead to old age, and old age leads to sadness and sadness leads to death, which leads to a family mourning (more sadness).
Recently I've been flooded with copious amounts of work, and very little motivation to complete it. But I know in the end I'll have to deal with all of my problems and whining about it now and putting it off wont help me. We all dont have to be brought down by stress. Though its inevitable to face in life there are ways to deal with it. You dont have to break down and cry every time something doesnt go your way. The best thing you can do is just take a deep breath, deal with it, and move on. Another thing to note is that you are never truly alone. Though there are moments in life when we feel isolated and cold there is always somebody there to help us. We just have to be willing to be open about life and problems.
There are many different ways to deal with stress. For some people just talking to somebody can help resolve problems, while others may break open the mint chocolate ice cream. Since we all are different there is no one solution to coping with stress. Just make sure what your doing to solve your past problems isnt destructive and bad for your future.
